Ben & Jerry’s social mission starts from within, by prospering together with its family farmers who supply the raw ingredients such as milk, banana, vanilla and coffee in their ice cream production. Based on Ben & Jerry’s practices, would you think this could be replicated in your organisation, or any industry in general? Please explain why or why not in one or two sentence/s.

As a global brand, Ben & Jerry’s is successful because of the way they create profit. Do you agree that Social impact could be a key driver to build a profitable company regardless of any industry? Why?
