I think the easiest way for MRANTI to implement ESG practices is by focusing on all three aspects. And I've seen several transitions that MRANTI is progressively working on:
1. Environment - Installation of solar panels on office rooftops towards fulfilling the 'Green Building' initiative
2. Social - Establishing a hybrid culture: 5 working days with a balance of WFH / WFO. i.e. some departments implementing 3 days WFO, 2 WFH
3. Governance - Enhance transparency and make information available for all levels
Mind you that the current activities/initiatives MRANTI has/is embarking are on piece meal basis. No proper follow through, proper planning, target and vision.
Hence, we are embarking into sustainability practices by first establishing the fundamentals (i.e. framework, action plans).
Chiming in Khadijah and Shafiq, one of the easiest way of monitoring an implementation of ESG by establishing an ESG roadmap that clearly stated eSG goals, methodology, KPI and timeline.
One of my favourite ESG Roadmap is this one made by stahl.com https://www.stahl.com/storage/app/uploads/public/images/stahls-esg-roadmap-to-2030-v1-2.pdf
