It’s less about the shiniest platform and more about what builds internal accountability and translates values into daily action. For me, that means starting with a framework that defines what “good” looks like , backing it with solid data on key areas like carbon, and ensuring it’s wired into the very fabric of how we’re governed. Anything else just becomes background noise.
