B Lab New Standards Course Intro (English)

This course is designed to:

1. Educate companies, professionals, HR practitioners, and leaders on the structure, intent, and application of the new B Lab Standards (V2.1).
2. Clarify requirements and expectations under each of the eight components:
• Foundation Requirements (FR)
• Purpose & Stakeholder Governance (PSG)
• Fair Work (FW)
• Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (JEDI)
• Human Rights (HR)
• Climate Action (CA)
• Environmental Stewardship & Circularity (ESC)
• Government Affairs & Collective Action (GACA)
3. Build understanding and confidence to interpret each standard’s intent, scope, and expected outcomes.
4. Prepare learners to apply these standards in their organizations — integrating them into policies, management systems, and reporting.

Promote ethical leadership and systemic change, ensuring decisions benefit workers, communities, and the environment.
